After the civet cat gets rid of the coffee beans, the beans are roasted by ourselves, at a highly regarded roaster in the Netherlands. They are able to extract the best roasting profile from the bean using an advanced computer-controlled burner. We therefore ensure that these beans can be brewed with a espressomachine and a fully automatic machine. This is unique! Because many other providers have the beans roasted manually in Indonesia.
