Shipping within the BENELUX.
We are shipping to you by personal courier. Delivery will be on a exact day & time.
Delivery always free. 
Delivery time: 
If ordered before 13:00 = delivered in 2 business days.
If ordered after    13:00 = delivered in 3 business days.

If ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order is delivered on Wednesday.

Shipping within the Netherlands (Europe).
We are shipping by GLS. for free when orders are above € 35.
Below that, the shipping costs are: € 14,95.
Delivery time: If ordered before 21:00 = next business day delivered.
If ordered on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order is delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping to all other countries in Europe.
We are shipping by GLS or TNT (PostNL) for free when orders are above € 35.
Below that, the shipping costs are: € 14,95.
Delivery time within Europe: 72 hours business days, so excluded the weekend.

Shipping to all other countries worldwide outside Europe.
We are shipping by UPS for free when orders are above € 120.
Below that, the shipping costs are: € 24,95.
Delivery time can be different for each country, but USA we deliver within 2-4 business days.

An alternative home address
In case of absence, the deliveryman will try to deliver the package at the neighbors, so you can receive the package the same day. If this is not possible, they will leave a message and come back the next working day with the package.

You will receive a Track & Trace code by email or text message.
